What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via text and chat in real-time, providing friendly, knowledgeable support.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on inquiries with precision and care.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM and support tools.
- Spot opportunities to improve our digital support experience and share ideas with leadership.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or remote support role.
- Strong written communication skills with a knack for making people feel heard and helped.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools.
- A calm, solutions-first mindset—even when things get busy.
- Bonus: Experience in home services or scheduling software (Service Titan).
