Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking/remerchandising
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and contribute to inventory management decisions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele and associatea.
