What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock associate position at Dillard's?
To remove product from conveyor, unpack, sort in totes / appropriate locations. Scan all units inside and inspect to company specification and hand pack into designated cartons.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives order and determines that the correct UPC's are available.
- Visually inspects product for defects, setting aside defective items to one side.
- Pack items in designated cartons per order.
- Keeps record of items packed and attached to production order with last item packed.
- Reports discrepancies to supervisor.
- Clean up of area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to keep up with a moderate-speed conveyor line.
- Manual dexterity required.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 1 Year
