ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve customer inquiries by providing accurate, timely support and addressing concerns with a commitment to service excellence
- Support customers by conducting thorough research to identify and implement appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
- Guide callers through our website, offering clear instructions on products, services, and online tools.
- Partner with internal departments to address complex customer needs and ensure a cohesive service experience.
- Document customer interaction details ensuring all information is logged accurately for future reference.
