Dillard's is looking for a Treatment Business Manager. The Treatment Business Manager primary responsibility is to grow sales and service of a group of Cosmetics brands by increasing personal productivity and the productivity of the beauty advisors assigned to that area. The Treatment Business Manager will sell side by side with the beauty stylists, while modeling, teaching and coaching beauty advisors. Other responsibilities include executing visual standards, controlling inventory and more.
Position is hourly plus an opportunity for commission and bonus.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
