Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right beauty products based on their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and provide product recommendations
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various beauty products
- Process customer transactions accurately using salon software
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty department
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Conduct product demos and promotional events to drive sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and display areas
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient in makeup application techniques and trends
- Familiarity with salon software for point-of-sale transactions
- Basic math skills for processing customer payments
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management purposes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
