Dillard's Beauty is looking for a professional and driven sales associate to join our growing team! We are a client-focused company that aims to set ourselves apart by offering personalized shopping experiences for our guests. If you love make-up, skincare, fragrances, and are into all the current trends, this is for you!
A strong candidate has previous sales experience, and a true love for the cosmetics industry. A background in Cosmetics/Fragrance sales is a plus. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals, and for growing your client base. You must be a self-starter, and eager to learn, and try new ways of retaining clients. Must be positive and find new new creative ways to continue building clients and trust as the beauty expert. Must be comfortable using online platforms for training.
Beauty Sales associates are responsible for sales growth, client relationship building, merchandising to brand specifications, working directly with clients in a high touch environment, calling client and building rapport.
Full time and Part time available. Hourly rate will commensurate on experience. Bonus program potential.
