Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Area Sales Manager Cosmetics role located in Greensboro, NC at Dillard's Inc. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for taking great care of thier staff, overseeing the sales and performance of the cosmetics department, managing a team of sales associates, setting sales goals, implementing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
