We are seeking a candidate with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce accurate and high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have experience or is interested in conducting evidentiary hearings; researching legal issues; drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, appellate briefs, memoranda, etc.; advocating for clients in court proceedings, and taking/defending depositions.
Qualifications:
· Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
· Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and work ethic.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear and concise advice.
· Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations and trial.
· A willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently
