Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain various lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other tools. Communicate with Maintenance staff to ensure equipment is ready to use.
Client Interactions: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Communication: Communicate effectively with management, crew members, and clients, keeping them informed about schedules, changes, and any issues that arise.
Documentation: Complete required paperwork, including timesheets, work orders, and safety records.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the workday, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
