Integration Engineer – People Technology
📍 Locations: Livingston, NJ | New York, NY | Sunnyvale, CA | San Francisco, CA | Bellevue, WA
We are seeking an Integration Engineer (People Technology) to join a growing Strategy & Transformation team. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across HR, Finance, and Security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise People Systems
- Support HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Drive automation and improve data accuracy across connected systems
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Security teams to streamline workflows
Required Skills:
✔ 5–7 years of experience in enterprise HR/People Systems integrations
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs
✔ Experience integrating with Greenhouse and Okta
✔ Expertise in Workato or similar integration platforms
✔ Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP
✔ Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance workflows
Preferred:
- Experience with workflow automation across HR, IT, and Security
- Exposure to Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, or ERP systems
- Familiarity with GenAI-driven automation
- Experience in high-growth or cloud-native environments
💰 Compensation: $165,000 – $242,000 bonus equity comprehensive benefits
