Job Description:The Solution Architect will lead onsite engagement for a Data and Analytics Transformation Program, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver scalable BI and data solutions. This role involves guiding the data foundation build-out, enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven insights, and ensuring strong collaboration between onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business teams to define reporting, analytics, and Conversational BI requirements.
- Assess the current data and BI landscape; define the target-state data architecture.
- Oversee design and development of data pipelines, semantic layers, and reporting assets.
- Guide adoption of advanced analytics using AI/ML/LLM techniques where applicable.
- Ensure robust data governance, DevOps readiness, and IaC-based deployments.
- Act as the primary onsite liaison to ensure clarity, communication, and collaboration between business and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong experience in enterprise data warehousing, BI architecture, and large-scale analytics delivery.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling for analytics (dimensional and semantic layer design).
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT patterns, data orchestration, and data integration.
- Expertise in data governance, metadata management, security, and IAM for data platforms.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker (preferred) or other enterprise-grade reporting tools.
- Awareness of AI/ML techniques for insight automation and anomaly detection.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficiency in cloud-based analytics platforms – GCP preferred (BigQuery familiarity is a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and requirement discovery skills.
- Proven ability to work in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
- Experience enabling LLM/Conversational BI solutions.
- Exposure to financial analytics or operational data environments.
