1. Role Summary — Senior AI Platform Engineer with proven hands-on experience deploying and operationalizing Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise in large organizations. This is not an advisory or design role — the resource must have direct implementation experience.
2. Required Hands-On Experience:
Okta SSO configuration and SCIM provisioning for enterprise AI platforms
CyberArk integration for privileged access and secrets management
Splunk log ingestion and audit log monitoring tied to AI platform activity
API and connector integration between AI platforms and enterprise systems
End-to-end platform deployment — from initial setup through production rollout, user onboarding, and ongoing administration
Compliance implementation for HIPAA/PHI, BAA, SOC2/HITRUST in the context of AI tooling
3. Key Requirement — Candidate must demonstrate prior hands-on deployment of Claude Enterprise and/or ChatGPT Enterprise, not just familiarity. Should be able to hit the ground running with platform administration, troubleshooting, and security integration from day one.
4. Deployment Context — Supporting enterprise-scale Claude and ChatGPT deployments with full security control integration and compliance alignment.
5. Reporting & Collaboration — Working under your direction, coordinating with security and IT leadership.
6. Preferred Background — Healthcare/payer industry, enterprise SaaS rollouts, TPRM workflows, LLM platform operations at scale.
