Job Title: Occupational Health (Nurse Practitioner)

Job Description:
Assess and treat employees for acute as well as chronic medical conditions.
Treat patients who have an injury or disease that is both personal and work-related.
Acting APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant) for the Client Greensboro (GSO) and Research Triangle Park (RTP) clinics.
Will be responsible for traveling 2 days week to RTP site.
Primary location will be Client GSO.
Works under the direction of a physician for the clinics Perform health screenings on behalf of Client to confirm that employees are medically fit to perform job duties.
Advise Client on public health and workplace safety including physical and chemical hazards.
Advise Client on occupational medicine by reviewing patient health and working conditions in worker’s compensation claims and to determine the severity of a workplace injury.
Education:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in family, internal, or occupational medicine.
