Responsible for producing clear, consistent, and structured content while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate, usable, and aligned with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and standardize technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Apply templates, formatting standards, and document structures across a large documentation library.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, interpret, and translate technical information.
- Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and unclear guidance across documentation.
- Organize content into logical sections and chapters to support usability and publication readiness.
- Maintain version control, traceability, and document integrity within SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Support iterative review cycles by incorporating stakeholder and committee feedback.
- Perform quality assurance checks including formatting, cross-referencing, and hyperlink validation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and workflows.
