Looking for an individual who has experience or is willing to learn. This is fast pace “fine” property maintenance, I’m looking for someone keen on details and proud of their work. must know how or willing to learn how to use gas powered equipment (line trimmer, back pack blowers, mowers).
Summary
As a Landscaper, you will contribute to safe, attractive outdoor spaces under the supervision of the grounds/maintenance supervisor. You will apply core skills in lawn care, landscaping, groundskeeping, and the use of hand tools and irrigation systems to enhance properties. With premium mechanical knowledge, you will operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment and assist with basic construction tasks as needed. Your responsibilities include routine maintenance, plant and tree care, to support the organization’s outdoor aesthetics and property value.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, and planting as needed.
- Operate groundskeeping equipment and tools, such as mowers, trimmers, hand tools, ensure proper handling and safety.
- Maintain properties through grounds maintenance and basic landscaping installations; manage soil, mulch, and plant materials.
- Assist with tree and plant care routines, including basic pruning and monitoring for health and safety.
- Coordinate with team to schedule tasks, report issues, and uphold property aesthetics and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance, including lawn mowing, edging, pruning, and planting
- Proficiency with hand tools and landscape equipment; familiarity with groundskeeping practices
- Strong attention to safety, property maintenance, and project coordination on outdoor spaces
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
