Responsibilities
- Build and sustain referral relationships with organizations within the community and in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular in-person visits, follow-ups, cold outreach, and email campaigns to target high-value referral partners.
- Represent Diligent at community events and professional meetings;
- Coordinate with intake, nursing, and operations to ensure timely admissions, accurate documentation, and positive client outcomes.
- Plan, develop, create, and distribute authorized marketing material.
- Track outreach activity, referral sources, pipeline status, and submit weekly activity reports and monthly performance summaries.
- Achieve territory goals for qualified referrals and admissions; manage territory schedule, expense reporting, and mileage reconciliation.
- 2 years sales, business development, or marketing experience;
- Healthcare/home health or post‑acute care experience or knowledge strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building professional referral networks and meeting measurable targets.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Jacksonville; flexible hours for evening/weekend events as needed.
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and drug screens.
- Experience analyzing data, developing spread sheets and presentations
- Proven ability to generate and maintain contact database.
