Residential Window Cleaner

Diligent Cleaning Services is seeking experienced Window Cleaning Independent Contractors (1099) to join our growing contractor network. We connect skilled professionals with residential and commercial clients throughout Southeast Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Clean window frames, tracks, and sills when requested.
• Remove dirt, water spots, pollen, and debris from glass surfaces.
• Clean mirrors, glass doors, skylights, and other glass surfaces.
• Safely use ladders and extension poles when necessary.
• Inspect completed work to ensure a streak-free, professional finish.
• Communicate professionally with customers before and after service.
• Follow all safety procedures while working at customer properties.

Requirements

• Previous professional window cleaning experience required.
• Must provide your own transportation.
• Must provide your own professional window cleaning equipment, supplies, and any necessary ladders or extension poles.
• Smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential and commercial window cleaning.
• Experience working on multi-story homes and buildings.
• Knowledge of traditional and water-fed pole window cleaning methods.
• General liability insurance is preferred and may be required for certain projects.

Compensation
