Solutions Architect Fort Mill, SC (Locals only)

Role: SRE Expert-Looking for solutions Architect who can provide guidance by being an advocate for SRE
Location: Fort Mill, SC (Local 100% Onsite)
Visa: H1B & EADs allowed (No OPT/CPT/TN/E3)

Must have Skills: .NET, SQL, React, Dynatrace, SolarWinds DPA, AWS Cloud, Splunk, Elastic Stack, Python, Scripting Languages, Ansible Tower, Terraform.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Apply core SRE principles: CUJ, SLO, SLI, Error Budgeting based on NFRs.
• Identify TOIL within SDLC/IT operations and automate repetitive tasks.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices: Git, GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows; Jenkins is a plus.
• Engage across the entire application/cloud lifecycle from inception to refinement.
• Lead development of error budgets, SRE dashboards, and root cause investigations.
• Proactively detect system anomalies and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with developers for well-designed, planned, and monitored releases.
• Assess current SRE setup and define strategic improvements.
• Deep expertise in AWS, IaC, container orchestration, monitoring, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic Stack for real-time monitoring.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
