W2 Position:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Security Master data across equities, public fixed income, private credit, and listed/unlisted derivatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Compliance, Risk, Middle Office, Investment Technology, and Data Management to align data solutions with business needs.
- Capture, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Lead and support security master migrations and implementations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to governance standards.
- Develop and optimize data models and workflows, leveraging SQL, Snowflake, and modern data management practices to enhance data integrity and accessibility.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Security Master systems and strong instrument knowledge across multiple asset classes.
- Proficiency in data modeling and SQL, with hands-on experience in Snowflake and modern data governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with industry platforms such as CRD, Aladdin, and Markit EDM; prior migration/implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in dynamic, collaborative settings.
