Schedule
This role starts as part-time, but teammates can work towards full-time status. Schedule flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business. Candidates should be available to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities
- Safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments.
- Supervise off-leash playgroups while monitoring dog body language and group dynamics.
- Maintain clean guest accommodations, play yards, and common areas through frequent cleaning and sanitization.
- Observe dogs for changes in behavior, appetite, health, or activity level and communicate concerns to leadership.
- Follow feeding instructions, medication schedules, and individualized care plans accurately.
- Assist with safely moving dogs throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate daily records and complete assigned operational tasks.
- Work collaboratively with Client Care, Grooming, and Training teams to ensure exceptional care for every guest.
- Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
Qualifications
- Genuine love for dogs and animal welfare.
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
- Ability to read and respond appropriately to canine body language (training provided).
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions when supervising outdoor play.
- Previous professional animal care experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Phone screening regarding your application.
- An in-person interview to meet the department manager and tour the facility.
- An offer letter detailing position, compensation, and employment terms.
- Orientation and training classes covering company policies, procedures, dog body language, safe handling techniques, and behavior.
- Hands-on training with experienced Pack Members and Pet Care leadership.
