Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional planning to ensure proper dietary needs are met.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's well-being.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
Requirements
- Experience in In Home Caregiving is preferred.
- Background in geriatrics is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families.
