This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Planning Advisor, based in Santa Ana, CA. The Pre Planning Advisor will assist families and individuals in making pre-arranged funeral and cemetery plans tailored to their preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include educating customers on available options, conducting consultations to offer personalized solutions, maintaining updated knowledge of products and services, and providing empathetic guidance to support clients in decision-making. Additionally, the advisor will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Expertise in Planning and Business Planning, with a focus on long-term arrangements
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and colleagues
- Background in Urban Planning or related experience is preferred
- Ability to work empathetically with families during sensitive times
- Detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using client management tools and basic office software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Communications, or a related field is a plus
