Pay Range
$54.20 - $71.29 /hour
Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is seeking a patient-centric, collaborative OBGYN Advanced Practitioner to join our growing MFM team in the Department of Women’s Health in Gilbert, Arizona.
- Group of 7 CNMs and 9 MD’s
- Why the opening? Patient access consistent clinic coverage, manage medication refills, Proxy for providers during PTA.
- Case mix/patient population: General OB GYN - AHCCCS /Commercial and Self Pay.
- Projected Volumes: 18-24 patients in clinic per 8 hour day in clinic.
- Outpatient and consults.
- Typical week: Salary position 40 hour work week.
- No call
- Be member of a fantastic team including genetic counselors, sonographers, RNs, diabetic educator, and dedicated office/support staff
Job Requirements
PA Requirements:
- Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Must hold and maintain: a.) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License, b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Must meet credentialing criteria.
NP Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Graduate of accredited program for Nurse Practitioners
- Compact state or Arizona RN license
- Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license
- Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.) NP-AANP, c.) NP-ANCC
- Valid DEA registration
- Must meet credentialing criteria.
