What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency Program Aide position at Dignity Health Connected Living?
As an Agency Program Aide, you will be a pivotal connector, actively enhancing the patient experience and ensuring seamless operation of our essential programs.
Every day, you will deliver compassionate care and support within group settings, facilitate critical transportation for patients and resources, provide direct information and assistance, and execute key administrative and event support tasks.

- Assists in the ambulation, motivation, reality orientation and ADL's of the participants.
- Assists in recreational activities and leads general group exercises, under direction of assigned supervisor.
- Assists with providing support and encouragement to participants and caregivers.
- Assists with problem solving and enhancing communication among participant, caregivers and staff.
- Assists in maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary conditions of facility, work area, or vehicle as assigned.
- Recognizes and reports situations or unusual behaviors or problems that should be called to attention of professional staff.
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- One (1) year recent work experience with public
- Two (2) years general driving experience
Preferred
- Two (2) years of working with the elderly and disabled in a like setting

$24.00 - $26.14 /hour
