Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Position
Dignity Care Home is seeking a qualified and compassionate Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.
Position Details:
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Schedule: Every other weekend off
- Shift Differential: Additional pay for the 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual wage increases
- Potential pay increase after a 90-day performance evaluation
- Full-time benefits begin after 90 days, including:
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Work Environment:
Our resident-to-aide ratio is 10:1 or better, allowing staff to provide attentive, quality care. Dignity Care Home is a small, updated facility that offers a warm, intimate setting where team members can build meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification
- Experience caring for elderly residents with dementia preferred
