Regional Manager/ Associate VP, Property Operations
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida
Our client, a vertically integrated real estate owner and operator, is seeking a Regional Manager of Property Operations to oversee a portfolio of luxury multifamily (and select mixed-use) assets in Florida. Reporting to portfolio leadership, this role will manage a team of General Managers and is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and a best-in-class resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance across a regional multifamily portfolio
- Lead and develop General Managers and on-site leadership teams
- Drive budget preparation, forecasting, and NOI performance
- Execute leasing, marketing, and operational strategies aligned with ownership objectives
- Oversee capital projects and renovations in partnership with internal teams and vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards
- Serve as a market expert and hands-on operational leader for the region
Qualifications
- 5 years of multifamily regional or portfolio management experience
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and NOI management skills
- Recent experience executing leasing and marketing strategies in Florida
- Working knowledge of Florida property management laws and regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and operate independently
- Ability to travel regionally and periodically to the Northeast
