Warehouse Coordinator/Delivery Driver

The warehouse coordinator/delivery driver is responsible for the organization and day-to-day operation of the company warehouse, inventory, tools, equipment, and material deliveries. This position plays an important role in supporting our service and construction teams by making sure technicians and field crews have the correct materials, tools, and equipment when and where they need them.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of the warehouse and material delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse and inventory

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Receive incoming materials, equipment, tools, and deliveries
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders and report shortages or damaged materials
• Properly label, organize, and store materials and equipment
• Perform periodic inventory counts and help identify obsolete, damaged, or excess inventory
• Organize materials by project or service need so it is ready when field personnel arrive
• Maintain designated areas for returned materials, warranty items, scrap, and materials being returned to vendors

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including pickup trucks and delivery vehicles
• Ability to lift and move HVAC materials, equipment, tools, and supplies
• Forklift experience preferred or willingness to become certified
• Basic computer and mobile device skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with office staff, vendors, technicians, and field personnel
