Job Description:  Onshore Tech Lead
New York, NY - hybrid (1x per week in ofc)
Long Term Contract 
 
 
Must Have's:
1. Technical skill - Node JS (mandatory) AWS (mandatory) Claude AI (mandatory) Vercel Dynamo DB
2. Domain skill - Video Encoding (mandatory), Video Streaming
 
Team size : 1 or 2 reportee at onsite & 10 reportee from nearshore/offshore
Key Deliverables : Solutioning, AI adoption, Client liasoning, Requirements, Analysis & Design, Solutioning using AI technologies (Claude), Development (using Claude), Process optimisations & automations, Offshore team co-ordination, team buildings, maintain/ improvise team culture etc.
 
 

Salary : $75 - $80
