Leads and develops technical and business systems related activities of major significance to the Customer.

Coaches and counsels project managers and Customer on technical solutions.

Responsible for assisting in the business proposal process.

Develops principles and concepts and innovative solutions for the Customer enterprise.

Regularly interacts with senior management/major Customer.

Interactions normally involve complex situations and/or influencing and persuading other strategic level managers.

Supervises a group of consultants/analysts engaged in specialized activities & services.

Sets technical direction for the project/application.

Provides program/project leadership for Customer solutions.

Engages in business development. Develops communication plans for projects based on a systems view.

Teams with Customer to assess concerns/requirements and develops specific strategies.

Defines consistent project management standards and procedures across the organization.

Employs consistent measurement techniques.

Informs Customer about emerging technologies and business implications based on the project and their overall business.

Develops intermediate and detailed schedules that support the high-level master schedule and understands the interrelationships among the various levels of schedules.

Develops alternative proposed project plans to support new business opportunities.

Develops project management deliverables required to support a request for proposal or quotation.

Evaluates Customer business, technical architecture processes, and objectives using the business enterprise models.

Leads in the application of the organizational change management process to facilitate a smooth Customer implementation.
Experience & Education
-
BA, BS, MS, MBA related degrees or equivalent experience; and bachelor’s degree and at least six (6) years of experience with highly complex systems

Provides leadership and guidance to others when working with the Customer.

Understands the Customer’s industry and is familiar with related industries.

Handles diverse, complex assignments concurrently.

Reviews project plans prepared by others in the organization.

Applies broad-based knowledge and experience to identify, evaluate and recommend new processes and tools. Recommends appropriate technology for project tool selection.
1. Azure Expertise: Proficient understanding of Azure services, particularly those related to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
2. Virtualization Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V or VMware and hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/VDI) for deployment, configuration, management and support.
3. Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking principles and how they apply to virtual desktop environments. Specific knowledge of ports and applications required for traversing agency firewall configurations.
4. Windows Server: Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and their integration with Azure.
Application Server: Familiarity with SCCM / OSD and Intune / Auto Pilot for systems Management and provisioning.
5. Security Understanding: Knowledge of security measures and best practices for securing virtual desktop environments.
6. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to virtual desktop performance and connectivity.
7. Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks.
8. Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills, as the role often involves working with other IT professionals and departments.
9. Continuous Learning: Given the evolving nature of technology, a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest Azure and VDI advancements.
Salary : $45 - $50
