LNA/T-LNA

Position: LNA/ T-LNA

Shift Time: Days/Nights available
Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 40 hours per week
Contract: 10 weeks with possible extensions

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and basic life support as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and review patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems to document patient interactions and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient service and support critical care needs.
• Engage with patients, including those with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's, to promote comfort and well-being.

Requirements

Min 6 months of LNA experience
BLS - certificate required
LNA -VT active license.
