Position: LNA/ T-LNA
Location: Peterborough, NH
Shift Time: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat
Contract: 10 weeks with possible extensions

Summary
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will provide essential support in patient care, ensuring comfort and safety for individuals in various healthcare settings. Reporting to the nursing staff, you will utilize your core skills in basic life support, medical documentation, and patient service to assist with daily activities and monitor patient well-being. Your premium experience in long-term care and critical care environments will enhance the quality of care provided. Additionally, your relevant skills with EMR systems and working with diverse populations will contribute to a compassionate and effective healthcare team.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a rehabilitation setting.
License & Certification:
Valid LNA License.
Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination or exemption required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and basic life support as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and review patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems to document patient interactions and care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient service and support critical care needs.
- Engage with patients, including those with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's, to promote comfort and well-being.
