What are the responsibilities and job description for the AV Technician // Ski Pass and Benefits position at Digitiqe Breckenridge LLC?
Digitiqe is a premier provider of audio video installation including home theater, control systems, motorized shades, lighting control, security, surveillance and networking for residential and commercial applications. We consult, design, install and support systems from a variety of the best in class vendors in order to suit each client's specific budget and performance needs.
Our Breckenridge team is looking for an AV technician to join our team. And when we say AV technician, what we really mean is a technology swiss army knife of sorts. If you're in the AV integration world already, you know what we mean, there is a lot going on behind the scenes of those pretty TVs and that booming sound.
We need someone who :
- Can follow directions. If you can't read this until the end and do as requested you will not be a good technician anyway and your application will be rejected. If you can follow directions, even if you dont have all the skills I still may be interested in chatting more.
- Ideal candidate will have AV experience specifically in:
- ----Systems programming(Savant, Control4 and/or others)
- ----Systems design
- ----Lighting control
- ----Rough in wiring
- ----Computer Networking
- ----Motorized shades
- ----Can terminate CAT, Coax and Fiber blindfolded
- Willing to learn and grow into new systems
- Can be organized across multiple projects
- Is a team player
This is a year round full time position with health benefits, 401k matching and ski pass. We're paying $30 /hr to start depending on experience, confidence, skill level and performance.
If you have some, but not all, of the skills above, are techy smart and don't mind getting your hands dirty learning new skills then, we'll still want to hear from you. Plenty of room to grow at our shop.
