Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled L2 Field Support Engineer to handle on-site IT support, troubleshooting, and device lifecycle management. Ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-user computing and infrastructure support.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years in IT Field Support / Desktop Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows, O365, AD, SCCM/Intune
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting & deployment (PCs, laptops, printers)
- Basic networking & remote support expertise
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Hands-on with device imaging, staging, and depot operations
Responsibilities:
- On-site installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- IMACD activities & hardware support
- End-user support (remote & in-person)
- Device lifecycle management (imaging, repair, deployment)
- Documentation & compliance with IT standards
