Responsibilities
We’re looking for a whip-smart VP/Account Director to serve as the account management lead for
GC Studio Email & Direct Mail
. This includes owning client relationships, understanding the needs across LOB businesses and translating the client's needs to the cross-capability team.
Day To Day, Your Role Will Include
You’ll manage client relationships, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy, and use their deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables. Day to day, your role includes:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of the email channel workstream, driving work from intake through deployment while ensuring alignment to client objectives, business priorities and channel best practices.
Partner with Creative, Production, Project Management/Operations, Tech, QA to deliver work.
Connect channel-specific initiatives to the broader client ecosystem and integrated marketing campaigns as needed, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and maximizing the impact of multi-channel programs.
This role is expected to manage junior support team to ensure they are meeting all deliverables.
This role partners heavily with a larger team of Project Management, Creative and Tech capabilities
Qualifications
We’re looking for a talented VP/Account Director with impressive work experience, which typically includes:
Four years of college education, MBA degree, and 10 to 12 years of experience (ideally at a creative agency), including four years of leadership experience in integrated marketing and client relationship management with a digital scope
Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clients
Superb communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward, engaging, and effective
Effective time-management, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
Proven project management and performance management skills – you’re known for your ability to coach and develop talent, inspire and drive change, and bring varied groups together to collaborate effectively
Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $185,920.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
