Overview
The Commercial Finance Team within Digitas plays an important role in the success of New Business and Agency commercials. This central team is responsible for establishing commercial offers and contracts that drive value and mitigate risk across staffing and remuneration, and tools and technology. We are seeking a finance and business focused individual, with a healthy knowledge of the advertising ecosystem to join our growing team and support in data and model management.
This position offers an unmatched opportunity to work closely with agency leadership, and across all agency brands, to inform commercial decision-making, improve operations, and drive success. Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $115,024.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Partner with Agency and PM Business Development teams to respond to Commercial requirements and templates within RFPs.
- Liaison with US and global market teams to brief and gather staffing and remuneration details necessary to complete consultant remuneration templates in accordance with timelines
- Accurately represent and track remuneration details and data needed for commercial submissions
- Understand the deals and profitability and provide support to team with concrete data and metrics.
- Support in the development of new commercial models, in particular monetization for platforms and value-based pricing.
- Support Commercial reporting workstreams in partnership with client finance and business development.
- Transitioning newly awarded business into the agency in partnership with client finance and operations.
- 3 Years of advertising agency experience; finance, operations, or analytics background preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, BI, and Co-Pilot (use of AI).
- Experience in working with business development teams or new client onboarding.
- Collaborative and highly communicative, ability to work within a team and across multiple groups
- Excellent problem-solving skills and multi-tasker
- A data driven individual; must be a self-starter that can balance competing priorities.
