Across Health, headquartered in Zwijnaarde, Belgium, is a fast-growing customer-centric consultancy, with over 40 staff and affiliates in 7 countries. Across Health is the strategic partner of many high-profile healthcare companies in Europe and the US – from pharmaceuticals and consumer health to medical devices, hospitals and other key stakeholders in healthcare.

We are looking for candidates for our affiliate in Zwijnaarde, Belgium, as well as in Woerden, The Netherlands for :

Senior Project Leader

Your Responsibilities

• Your first responsibility is to manage a team of project managers, in collaboration with the account managers in Belgium and abroad
• You will introduce specific planning and resource-allocation tools and monitor the efficiency & effectiveness of our processes
• In addition, you will be responsible for managing independently specific key projects in the area of digital marketing
  
  

Your profile

Required

• You have a strong track record (minimum 5 years) in project management of complex digital marketing projects, ideally also in the social media and mobile space
• You are a superb people manager, balancing demands from the business with the needs (and limits) of the internal project team
  
  

You are an experienced communicator, with great listening, negotiation and persuasion skills

• You are goal-oriented and able to finish a project in time and on budget
• You have a structured and analytical mind
  
  

You can distinguish the nice to haves from the need to haves

• You fluently speak and write Dutch and English
  
  

DESIRED

You have a strong interest or background in the healthcare market, ideally pharmaceuticalsYou are able to manage vendors involved in different projects

Knowledge of any third language is an asset
