Job Overview
This role is a key position within our team, reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager. The ideal installation technician should possess foundational construction and computer skills, be comfortable working at heights including ladder and rooftop work, and demonstrate strong communication abilities with a commitment to excellent customer service. A successful candidate in this position will deliver professional installation services while providing outstanding support to every customer.

Responsibilities
- Complete Onboarding, Complete Training and continued training, Annual Continued Education
- Travel to residential home and businesses for installations and service calls
- Consult with customers on the installation process as a whole to include mounting of radio equipment on roofs, cable runs, & router placement in the home
- Documenting all tasks performed at each customer location
- Provide verbal instructions to customers on how to login & operate their equipment/devices
- Update operating software to reflect equipment installed at customer location
- Testing of functionality and performance following install/service work
- Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions for problems as well as educate customers on WIFI and WIFI solutions for each individual home.
- Maintain an A safety record with zero tolerance for unsafe actions and attend bi-monthly safety meetings
