Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Flexible Assessment Opportunity
Location: Lake Oswego, OR (Clackamas County, OR)
Job Type: Flexible Contract Opportunity
Compensation: $100 per completed assessment paid mileage
This is an excellent opportunity for NPs looking to earn additional income with a flexible schedule while continuing their current full-time employment or clinical practice. You can schedule assessments around your existing professional and personal commitments, subject to member availability and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health assessments for eligible members at their residences.
- Review medical history, current medications, and relevant health records.
- Perform appropriate physical assessments and document clinical findings.
- Identify and document existing health conditions and relevant clinical information.
- Complete assessment documentation accurately and submit it within required timelines.
- Maintain professional communication with members and the Advantmed team.
- Follow applicable clinical guidelines, privacy requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.
- Current national NP certification, as required for the role.
- Relevant clinical assessment experience preferred.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel locally to members' residences.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct in-home assessments.
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently.
