- Support planning and coordination of book launch and signing events
- Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and venue coordination
- Liaise with bookstores, venues, and partners where required
- Provide on-site support during activations and launches
- Coordinate with the client team to ensure smooth event execution
- Help maintain a professional and engaging attendee experience
- Experience in experiential marketing, events, promotions, or brand activations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible event-based schedules
- Comfortable working independently and proactively
- Based in or near Connecticut preferred
- Experience supporting book launches, retail events, author tours, or live activations
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Familiarity with local venues and event logistics is a plus
