- Support the planning and execution of book launch events, signings, and promotional activations
- Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and venue communications
- Liaise with bookstores, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with audience engagement and attendee experience during events
- Support promotional activities tied to launches and live campaigns
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on timelines, deliverables, and event preparation
- Experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, promotions, activations, or live events
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently in a freelance setup
- Based in or near Connecticut / Northeast U.S. preferred
- Experience supporting book launches, media campaigns, retail activations, or consumer events
- Familiarity with audience engagement and live promotional events
- Experience coordinating with venues, vendors, or public-facing activations
