Junior Media Buyer
The Junior Media Buyer will support the Media Buyer in planning, executing, and optimizing media
campaigns to drive growth and performance for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring that paid media initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently across digital platforms. The Junior Media Buyer will work closely with the Media Buyer to manage accounts, perform daily account maintenance, generate reports, and ensure campaigns are optimized to meet performance goals.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the execution, management, and optimization of digital media campaigns under the
- direction of the Media Buyer.
- Perform daily account maintenance, including budget pacing, audience adjustments, and creative checks.
- Generate performance reports and provide analysis of key metrics to inform future strategies.
- Maintain certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other
- relevant platforms as required.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, URL builder, and tag manager to support tracking and
- optimization.
- Set up on-site conversion tags and online event tracking.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Participate in client meetings and internal team calls to discuss campaign performance and
- insights.
- Support the Media Buyer in identifying new opportunities for growth across client accounts.
Required Education/Experience
- A college degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising (internships included).
Required Skills & Behaviors
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of the digital media landscape (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Able to multitask, manage time independently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Travel Requirements
- May occasionally attend industry events, training sessions, or client meetings (up to 10% travel).
