Role Overview
You will work directly within our origination division, identifying and engaging with potential private market transactions and capital raising targets. This role is designed for students seeking hands-on experience in investment banking deal origination and business development.
As a Capital Markets Intern, you will support the team in conducting financial analysis, managing trading activities, researching investments within the digital asset ecosystem, and providing analytical insights. You will also gain exposure to capital market strategies, assist in structuring transactions, and stay updated on market developments and financial services trends.
This is a remote, flexible-hours internship with high expectations and a steep learning curve
Key Responsibilities
Deal Origination & Outreach
- Identify and research potential private market capital raising targets across key sectors.
- Qualify inbound interest and manage early-stage pipeline activity.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain structured deal origination pipelines.
- Track outreach activity and deal flow.
- Coordinate with senior team members on opportunities and strategic follow-ups.
