Software Quality Assurance Lead
Responsibilities:
- Design Test Strategy, Test Plans, Architecting automation Frameworks, Scenarios, Scripts.
- Document Test Procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards
- Document all the program changes, system modifications to prepare release notes
- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
- Conduct Software compatibility, Regression, smoke, Functional and Non-functional tests
- Provide Feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks
- Create and execute performance tests to ensure efficient and problem-free operations and met all SLA’s
- Performing Automation Testing to improve Software Quality and create good quality test data.
- Code Coverage handled with deep checks making sure third-party accessibility is authenticated as per enterprise level.
- Automation Test Scripts are executed continuously, and results are posted in Quality Hub.
- Debug backend queries, database issues, network and file system related issues and report bugs with required details
- Coordinate user for UAT testing or third-party integration testing
- Document Software defects, using a bug tracing system, and report defects to software developers
- Investigate customer/Production issues, work closely with production support, Release management, customer teams to collect information and reproduce bugs in lower environments
- Participate in bug triage process and monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
- Review the project plan and project schedule.
- Meeting with stakeholders, Share the test plan with project stake holders and get their feed backs and approvals.
- Escalating any critical / showstopper issues to the project stake holders.
- Perform Load / Functional Testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or Software Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
