Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Digital Tool & Die Inc. The role is located in Grandville, MI. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the design and production teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
- Strong customer account management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Responsible for managing direct reports and guiding team members daily activities
- Ability to work on-site at our Grandville, MI facility
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
