Job Description
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machining equipment
- Follow machine setup instructions defining tooling needed, work holding, and critical part requirements.
- Communicate with CNC manager and programmers to avoid mistakes and maximize efficiencies.
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure repeatable accuracy of finished parts
Qualifications
- Familiar with basic operation of vertical and horizontal CNC equipment.
- Familiar with proper use of taps, endmills, and other machine cutting tools.
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- proficient with use of precision measuring instruments
- Thorough attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Dependable, strong work ethic, collaborative team member
- good housekeeping skills
Additional Information
- 2nd shift hours: Mon-Thur 4:15pm - 3:45am, Fri 4:15pm - 9:15pm
