Job Responsibilities

Engagement Description –

This resource will support NASCO benefit file coding activities, group benefit change implementations, corporate initiatives, and benefit defect analysis and resolution. The role requires strong experience with healthcare benefits, claims processing, and NASCO benefit file configuration.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
• NASCO Benefit File Coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical claims benefits processing.
• Healthcare benefits coding and claims system experience
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Strong system analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience performing system analysis, claims unit testing, and benefit defect root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate benefit configuration and claims processing support.
• Experience supporting group benefit change implementations, corporate projects, and healthcare reform initiatives.
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Subject matter expertise in MOS and Classic group benefit inquiries and issue resolution.
• Experience providing test case criteria and implementation support for systems testing.
• Experience working with cross-functional business, project, and IT teams.
