What You Need to Bring:

• At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience (required)
• Ability to work onsite at our El Cajon, CA location.
• Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
• Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up
