Manufacturing Machine Operator

We are actively hiring for the position of Manufacturing Machine Operator for our plant in Arlington, TX

Shift: 1st shift 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday - Friday

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00

Duties & Responsibilities

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set workload for the day.
• Place printed jobs on a folding machine and set up to make bifold, trifold, according to job specifications.
• Observe the folding machine while running to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate fold run.
• Replace worn out rubber stoppers and adjust to ensure an accurate fold, using hand tools when required.
• Record production and operational data using the IMS system, such as entering completed jobs.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate effectively with the Press Operator.
• Ability to use hand/power tools and safe use of them.
• Ability to multitask with changing priorities.
• Ability to recognize safety issues & corrective actions.
• Must have prior experience operating production machinery that manufactures or modifies products.
