We are actively hiring for the position of Small Bindery Operator for our plant in Brook Park, OH
Duties & Responsibilities
- Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set workload for the day.
- Determine what size hole the job will require according to the gang sheet.
- Set up the drill hole machine and observe while running, to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate hole is drilled on the job.
- Inspect the hole drilled on the job to ensure accuracy and quality before packing in the designated box.
- Record production and operational data using IMS system, such as entering completed jobs.
- Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
- Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
- Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- At least 6 months of packing experience.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Ability to safely use hand/power tools.
- Ability to multitask with changing priorities.
- Ability to recognize safety issues & corrective actions.
